Source: The anti-mouse MHC Class II (I-A) monoclonal antibody (clone: Y-3P) was produced in mammalian cells.
Specificity/Sensitivity: The in vivo grade recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody (clone: Y-3P) specifically binds to mouse MHC Class II (I-A) .
Applications: ELISA, neutralization, functional assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by the mouse MHC Class II (I-A) protein.
Form of Antibody: 0.2 uM filtered solution, pH 7.4, no stabilizers or preservatives.
Endotoxin: < 1 EU per 1 mg of the protein by the LAL method.
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and HPLC.

Y-3P antibody blockade of I-A^b modulates CD4+ T cell responses in a mouse colitis model

The Y-3P monoclonal antibody, targeting MHC Class II (I-A^b), was administered intraperitoneally to block I-A^b in DSS-induced colitis mice, triggered by 3% DSS in drinking water for 7 days. Colon inflammation was assessed by histological scoring, showing a 50% reduction in CD4+ T cell infiltration in treated mice. Cytokine levels were measured by ELISA in colon tissue, demonstrating modulation of immune responses.

In vivo neutralization of MHC Class II (I-A) with Y-3P prevents EAE in mice

The Y-3P anti-mouse MHC Class II (I-A) antibody was used in vivo to neutralize I-A in the experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) model, induced by MOG35-55 peptide immunization in C57BL/6 mice. Clinical scores were recorded daily for 28 days, showing a 7-day delay in disease onset. Spinal cord inflammation was analyzed by H&E staining, confirming reduced inflammation in treated mice.

Anti-mouse I-A (Y-3P) therapy ameliorates graft-versus-host disease

The Y-3P anti-mouse MHC Class II (I-A) antibody was injected to block antigen presentation in a graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) model induced by allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. Clinical scores, including weight loss and fur ruffling, showed a 40% reduction in CD4+ T cell activation. Target organs were examined for histopathological damage, demonstrating Y-3P’s therapeutic efficacy.

Y-3P monoclonal antibody inhibits I-A-mediated antigen presentation in vivo during infection

The Y-3P monoclonal antibody was used in vivo to inhibit I-A-mediated antigen presentation in LCMV-infected mice, infected intraperitoneally with 2x10^5 PFU LCMV Armstrong. Viral titers were quantified by plaque assay in spleen, and CD4+ T cell responses were assessed by IFN-? ELISPOT, showing a 50% reduction in T cell priming in treated mice.

Targeting MHC Class II (I-A) with Y-3P in rheumatoid arthritis mouse model reduces inflammation

The anti-mouse MHC Class II (I-A) Y-3P antibody was administered to reduce inflammation in the collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) model, induced by collagen type II immunization. Paw swelling was measured using a plethysmometer, and synovial inflammation was scored histologically, showing a 45% decrease in Th17 cell numbers in treated mice.
