Specificity/Sensitivity: Beta-Actin antibody detects endogenous levels of total beta-Actin (about 42 kDa).

Reactivity: Human, mouse, rat, rabbit, chicken.
Immunogen: Peptide DDIAALVVDNGDG derived from human β-Actin conjugated to KLH.
Purification: The beta-Actin antibody was affinity-purified from mouse ascites fluid by affinity-chromatography using protein A.
Form of Antibody: 1 mg/ml in PBS, pH 7.2, with 0.05% NaZ3.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
