    If clients can provide PBMC from recovered patients or people with vaccines, we do single B cell sorting and culturing. About 70 ul supernatant per well (clonal single B cell) is sent to clients for quick screening. Then we sequence the antibody VH/VL from single B cell clones selected by clients and produce recombinant rabbit single B cell for confirmation.
