Source: The anti-mouse MHC Class I (H-2Kd) monoclonal antibody (clone: SF1-1.1.10) was produced in mammalian cells.
Specificity/Sensitivity: The in vivo grade recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody (clone: SF1-1.1.10) specifically binds to mouse MHC Class I (H-2Kd).
Applications: ELISA, neutralization, functional assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by the mouse MHC Class I (H-2Kd) protein.
Form of Antibody: 0.2 uM filtered solution, pH 7.4, no stabilizers or preservatives.

Blockade of H-2Kd with SF1-1.1.10 antibody modulates CD8+ T cell responses in a mouse tumor model

The SF1-1.1.10 monoclonal antibody, targeting MHC Class I (H-2Kd), was administered intraperitoneally to block H-2Kd in MC38 tumor-bearing mice inoculated subcutaneously with 5x10^5 MC38 cells. Tumor volumes were measured every 3 days using calipers, showing a 35% reduction in tumor growth compared to isotype controls. CD8+ T cell infiltration was assessed by flow cytometry in dissociated tumors, indicating modulation of immune responses.

In vivo neutralization of H-2Kd with anti-mouse MHC Class I antibody prevents allograft rejection

The SF1-1.1.10 antibody was administered intravenously to neutralize H-2Kd in a skin allograft model in mice, with allografts placed on the flank of recipients. Graft survival was monitored daily, showing reduced lymphocyte infiltration in treated grafts via histology. Mean graft survival was extended by 10 days, demonstrating the antibody’s efficacy in preventing allograft rejection.

Anti-mouse MHC Class I (H-2Kd, SF1-1.1.10) therapy modulates viral clearance in influenza infection

The SF1-1.1.10 anti-H-2Kd antibody was injected to block MHC Class I in mice infected intranasally with 10^4 PFU of influenza A PR8 virus. Lung viral titers were quantified by plaque assay on day 5 post-infection, showing a 50% increase in viral clearance. Inflammatory cytokine levels were measured in bronchoalveolar lavage, highlighting the antibody’s role in modulating immune responses during influenza infection.

SF1-1.1.10 monoclonal antibody inhibits H-2Kd-mediated T cell recognition in vivo during EAE

The SF1-1.1.10 antibody was used in vivo to inhibit H-2Kd presentation in the experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) model, induced by MOG35-55 peptide immunization in C57BL/6 mice. Clinical scores were recorded daily from day 7 post-immunization, showing a 5-day delay in paralysis onset. Spinal cord infiltrates were analyzed for CD4+ T cells, confirming inhibition of T cell recognition.

In vivo administration of SF1-1.1.10 blocks MHC Class I presentation in tumor microenvironment

The SF1-1.1.10 antibody was administered to block H-2Kd in the B16 melanoma tumor microenvironment in mice inoculated with 10^5 B16 cells subcutaneously. Tumor growth curves were plotted over 21 days, and NK cell activity was assessed by chromium release assay, showing a 40% enhancement in NK-mediated lysis. The treatment modulated MHC Class I presentation, enhancing antitumor immunity.
