    We immunized rabbits with SARS-CoV-2 S protein S1 subunit, and identified some anti-S1 or RBD-specific rabbit monoclonal antibodies. We measured affinity and pairing possibility of some rabbit monoclonal antibodies, which can be used for clinical diagnostics to detect SARS-CoV-2 antigen. Some rabbit mAbs that we identified have the neutralization function to block the RBD-ACE2 interaction, which is critical for antibody discovery for therapeutics. We have sent some samples of purified antibodies to dianostic and therapeutic companies for confirmation and tests of other applications.   • BS092: SARS-CoV-2 Specific Human Neutralizing Monoclonal Antibody Development Service

    If clients can provide PBMC from recovered patients or people with vaccines, we do single B cell sorting and culturing. About 70 ul supernatant per well (clonal single B cell) is sent to clients for quick screening. Then we sequence the antibody VH/VL from single B cell clones selected by clients and produce recombinant rabbit single B cell for confirmation.
