Our DNA assembly cloning kits are based on a simple, fast and efficient DNA seamless cloning technology, and can be used to clone any insert into any position of any vector. The unique non-ligase dependent DNA cloning system greatly reduces the background resulting from vector self-ligation so that the positive rate can reach more than 95%. The highly optimized reaction buffer and the enhanced recombinase significantly improve the recombination efficiency of cloning and the tolerance to impurities, making it possible for linearized vectors and inserts to be directly used for homologous recombination cloning without DNA purification, greatly simplifying the process of DNA cloning.
The universal DNA assambly cloning kit can be used for cloning up to 5 inserts to a single vector in one step.
Features of the Universal DNA Assembly Cloning Kit:
* Simple and convenient: mix one or multiple linearized inserts and the vector in one tube, and incubate them for 5 to 15 minutes at 50°C. One tube, one step.
