  • De novo antibody sequencing to obtain the intact amino acid sequence of variable and/or constant regions of monoclonal antibodies by LC-MS/MS.

    Sample requirement: 3-5 mg at 1 mg/ml preferred (minimum: 2 mg at 1 mg/mL).

    Fast turnaround time: 2-3 months per antibody, but may require more time depending on the complexity of analysis.

  • Our FcRγ binding assay and FcRn binding assay services include: his-tagged receptors are immobilized onto anti-His biosensors; the loaded biosensors are dipped into a dilution series of the antibody; the on- (Kon) and off-rates (Koff) are measured and the KD value is calculated.

  • Our epitope binning service include: Antigen is immobilized onto a biolayer interferometry (BLI) sensor using an appropriate method. Antibody 1 is allowed to saturate its epitope on the antigen. Binding of Antibody 2 to antigen saturated with Antibody 1 is assessed.

  • Denaturation and reduction followed by LC-MS (liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry) analysis.

    Fast turnaround time: 1- 2 weeks.

    Sample requirement: >100 ug at 1 mg/ml.

  • Peptide mapping by LC-MS/MS can be used to determine detailed information about the peptide's sequence and post-translational modifications.

  • Capillary electrophoresis (CE) analysis using Caliper LC90.
