Mouse Monoclonal Antibody.
Specificity/Sensitivity: Recognizes native and denatured forms of GFP and its variants EGFP, YFP, EYFP, and CFP.
Applications: ELISA, Dot blot, WB, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunostaining.
Immunogen: GFP from the jellyfish Aequorea Victoria N-terminal peptide-KLH conjugates.
Purification: 1-10 ng of purified GFP or GFP fusion proteins (Western blot developed with ECL).
Form of Antibody: 1 mg/ml in 10 mM PBS, PH 7.2 with 0.1% NaN3 .
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
