Background
Our recombinant anti-human CD3 / CD3 (OKT3 / UCHT1) bispecific antibodies have a part (variable regions) or complete amino acid sequences of the mouse anti-human CD3 antibody (hybridoma clone name or number: OKT3 and UCHT1). It is under investigation how the recombinant anti-human CD3 / CD3 bispecific antibody behaves different from the individual monoclonal antibodies and their combination (OKT3 + UCHT1).
The in vivo grade recombinant mouse anti-human CD3 / CD3 bispecific antibody (mouse IgG2a kappa) was produced in mammalian cells.
Clone: OKT3 / UCHT1.
Isotype: mouse IgG2a.
Applications: immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC), and various in vitro and in vivo functional assays.
Formulation: 0.2 μM filtered solution of 1x PBS.
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU/mg of protein as determined by LAL method.
