The 9.3 antibody specifically stained CD103 on tissue-resident memory T (TRM) cells, confirming high CD103 expression on CD8+ TRM cells via flow cytometry. Multicolor panels with 9.3 enabled discrimination of resident versus circulating T cells, with low background staining compared to isotype controls. Gating strategies were optimized for 9.3-positive cells in human mucosal samples.

Quantitative flow cytometry of CD103 with 9.3 in inflammatory bowel disease

The 9.3 monoclonal antibody quantified CD103 expression in flow cytometry of colonic biopsies from inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients, revealing increased 9.3-positive intraepithelial lymphocytes (IELs) compared to controls. Precise gating of CD103+ CD8+ T cells was achieved, with 9.3 staining intensity correlating with disease severity. Data were analyzed using FlowJo software.

FACS sorting of IELs using fluorochrome-conjugated 9.3 clone

Fluorochrome-conjugated 9.3 clone enabled FACS sorting of intraepithelial lymphocytes (IELs) from murine intestinal tissues, achieving high purity and viability of 9.3-positive cells. Post-sort analysis confirmed >95% CD103 expression via re-staining with 9.3, and sorted cells showed enhanced cytokine production in functional assays.

Compensation strategies for 9.3 antibody in multicolor flow panels

The 9.3 antibody required single-stain controls for accurate compensation in 10-color flow cytometry panels, with minimal spillover into adjacent channels. Compensation matrices were adjusted for spectral overlap, and fluorescence minus one (FMO) controls were recommended for robust panel design. Software tools facilitated automated compensation for 9.3-stained samples.

9.3 monoclonal antibody in flow-based analysis of gut-homing T cells

Integrin blockade assays confirmed 9.3 specificity, and data from 9.3-positive fractions supported migration models in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
