Data from 15E8-positive populations were exported for statistical comparison.

Flow cytometric detection of CD markers using 15E8 clone in human PBMCs

The 15E8 antibody specifically stained CD45RA on naive T cells in human PBMCs during flow cytometry. The 15E8 monoclonal antibody identified exhausted T cell phenotypes in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) via FACS analysis. Sorting with 15E8 yielded viable populations for downstream assays, with expression profiles showing PD-1 co-expression. Tumor microenvironment heterogeneity was mapped using 15E8 flow data.
