The 15E8 antibody, conjugated to PE, was used for flow cytometric detection of CD markers on tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), revealing increased expression on activated T cells. Gating strategies with 15E8 identified effector subsets in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), with compensation applied to minimize spillover in multicolor analysis. Data from 15E8-positive populations were exported for statistical comparison.

The 15E8 antibody facilitated FACS isolation of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells, achieving over 98% purity in 15E8-positive fractions. Flow cytometric detection of CD markers using 15E8 clone in human PBMCs

The 15E8 antibody specifically stained CD45RA on naive T cells in human PBMCs during flow cytometry. Multicolor panels with 15E8 enabled subset discrimination in stimulated PBMCs, with mean fluorescence intensity quantified for 15E8-bound populations. Isotype controls confirmed staining specificity.

The 15E8 monoclonal antibody identified exhausted T cell phenotypes in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) via FACS analysis. Sorting with 15E8 yielded viable populations for downstream assays, with expression profiles showing PD-1 co-expression. Tumor microenvironment heterogeneity was mapped using 15E8 flow data.
