A setup fee may apply depending on number of samples and sample preparation time. The above quoted prices are based on analysis using our standardized methods, proven to work for the majority of antibodies and proteins. Method development options may be necessary for atypical proteins with unique properties.

Microchip capillary electrophoresis-based separation (Microchip CE-SDS, PerkinElmer LabChip GXII system) provides information on approximate protein size, purity and homogeneity of a given protein sample. It is evaluated as high-throughput alternative to conventional CE-SDS and SDS-PAGE for monitoring monoclonal antibody protein quality with minimal sample preparation artifacts.
The principle is based on traditional gel electrophoresis that has been transferred to a chip format. Microchip CE-SDS based separation techniques offer several advantages over conventional electrophoretic separation methods, including high resolution/efficiency/speed, reproducibility and enhanced quantitation capabilities.approximate protein size, purity, and homogeneity of a given protein sample. It is evaluated as high-throughput alternative to conventional CE-SDS and SDS-PAGE for monitoring monoclonal antibody protein quality with minimal sample preparation artifacts.
Deliverable information:
- Report with approximate molecular weight, purity/impurity profiles of reduced or non-reduced protein samples.
- Ratio between HC and LC.
- Determination of glycosylated modification in heavy chain by comparisons of deglycosylated and non-treatment antibodies.
Sample treatment: Denaturation (reducing & non-reducing) followed by separation on a gel chip.
