Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-17A/CTLA-8 Protein, (amino acids Gly24-Ala155) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-17A protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the streptavidin precoated plate (5 ug/ml). Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-17R alpha protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 18.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 2.18 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
