Activity: Immobilized recombinant Anti-CD3 Antibody protein with the C-hFc-Avi tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human CD3E 1-27 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 5.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
