Activity: The EC50 of the anti-cynomolgus PD-L1 antibody with the hFc tag to the immobilized cynomolgus/rhesus macaque PD-L1/B7-H1 protein with the His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) was 6.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA. The recombinant cynomolgus PD-1 protein with the C-hFc Tag captured on CM5 Chip via Protein A can bind to the recombinant cynomolgus/rhesus macaque PD-L1 protein with the C-His tag with an affinity constant of 1.28 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
