Source: The recombinant Human TNF alpha Protein, (amino acids Val77-Leu233) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human TNF alpha protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human TNFR2 protein with the C-mFc tag with the EC50 of 45.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 1.62 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
