Activity: Immobilized recombinant Biotinylated Human SIRP alpha V3 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the streptavidin precoated plate (5 ug/ml). Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD47 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 11.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
