Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Mouse Integrin alpha V beta 3 (ITGAV&ITGB3) Heterodimer Protein, (amino acids Phe31-Val988(ITGAV)acidic tail & Glu26-Asp717(ITGB3)basic tail) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Biotinylated Mouse Integrin alpha V beta 3 (ITGAV&ITGB3) Heterodimer protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 108.77 kDa(ITGAV)&80.84 kDa(ITGB3). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 90-130 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human Vitronectin protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Mouse ITGAV&ITGB3 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 3.2 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Mouse Integrin alpha V beta 3 (ITGAV&ITGB3) Heterodimer Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
