Source: The recombinant Human Integrin alpha V beta 5 (ITGAV&ITGB5) Heterodimer Protein, (amino acids Phe31-Val992(ITGAV)acidic tail & Gly24-Asn719(ITGB5)basic tail) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human Integrin alpha V beta 5 (ITGAV&ITGB5) Heterodimer protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 114 kDa (ITGAV)&81.4 kDa (ITGB5). Due to glycosylation,the protein migrates to 85-140 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human ITGAV&ITGB5 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-alpha V Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 7.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human Integrin alpha V beta 5 (ITGAV&ITGB5) Heterodimer Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
