Source: The recombinant Mouse Integrin alpha V beta 8 (ITGAV&ITGB8) Heterodimer Protein, (amino acids Phe31-Val988(ITGAV)acidic tail & Gly22-Ser679(ITGB8)basic tail) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Mouse Integrin alpha V beta 8 (ITGAV&ITGB8) Heterodimer protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 111.6(ITGAV)&76.6(ITGB8) kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-140 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Mouse ITGAV&ITGB8 protein with the C-His tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human Latent TGF beta 1 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 0.97 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse Integrin alpha V beta 8 (ITGAV&ITGB8) Heterodimer Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
