Source: The recombinant Human Integrin alpha V beta 3 (ITGAV&ITGB3) Heterodimer Protein, (amino acids Phe31-Val992(ITGAV)acidic tail & Gly27-Asp718(ITGB3)basic tail) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human Integrin alpha V beta 3 (ITGAV&ITGB3) Heterodimer protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 131.90 kDa (ITGAV)&101.79 kDa (ITGB3). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 140-160 kDa (ITGAV)&105-130 kDa (ITGB3) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human ITGAV&ITGB3 protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-alpha V beta3 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 16.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
