Source: The recombinant mouse PD-L1/B7-H1 protein, the PD-L1 ECD (amino acids Phe19-Arg238) fused with a His-tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Activity: The biotinylated recombinant mouse PD-L1 with the C-His Tag captured on CM5 Chip via the anti-His antibody can bind to the recombinant mouse PD-1 protein with the C-hFc Tag with an affinity constant of 0.31 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
