Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody is specific isolated and affinity purified from the anti-serum against chemically methylated protein antigen. The affinity purified trimethylated lysine antibodies are affinity adsorbed with N-(epsilon) mono-and di-methylated lysine. The antibodies could be utilized for detection, and quantitation of proteins with N-trimethylated lysine residues.

Specificity/Sensitivity: Recognize proteins with trimethylation on lysine residues (N-epsilon)). Not cross-react with acetylated proteins and mono-and dimethylated proteins
Applications: ELISA 1:2000, Western blot: 1:2000, Immunoprecipitation: 5 ug/mg protein sample, Immunofluorescent staining: 5 ug/mL or 1:100.
Reactivity: Human, Rat, Mouse, Bovine, Pig.
Immunogen: Methylated KLH conjugates.
Purification: N-(epsilon) trimethyllysine on Agarose and immunoaffinity adsorbed with N-(epsilon) methylated lysine and N-(epsilon)dimehtylated Lysine on Agarose.
Form of Antibody: 500 ug/ml in PBS, 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
