The recombinant anti-DYKDDDDK / HA-Tag bispecific antibody (mouse IgG2a kappa) was produced in mammalian cells. 
Clone: M2.3 / 12CA5.
Isotype: mouse IgG2a, kappa.
Specificity/Sensitivity: detection and purification of DYKDDDDK fusion proteins no matter if the DYKDDDDK sequence is present at the N-terminus, Met N-terminus, C-terminus, or an internal site of the fusion proteins, the 9-amino acid sequence YPYDVPDYA, derived from influenza virus hemagglutinin (HA) on HA tagged proteins and HA tag expression cells.
Applications: ELISA, flow cytometry, immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, chromatin immunoprecipitation, electron microscopy, supershift assays, protein purification if conjugated with agarose or magnetic beads, and isotype controls.
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat, Others.
Purification: Protein A.
Form of Antibody: 0.2 μM filtered solution of 1x PBS.
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
