The recombinant anti-Strep-Tag mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody (clone C23.21) is produced in mammalian cells. It consists of mouse variable regions and mouse IgG1 kappa constant regions.
Clone: C23.21.
Isotype: mouse IgG1 kappa.
Specificity/Sensitivity: The Strep-Tag II Monoclonal Antibody (Clone C23.21) specifically recognizes Strep-tagged fusion proteins containing the Strep-Tag II peptide sequence WSHPQFEK. Clone C23.21 recognizes both single Strep-Tag II and double/Twin Strep-Tag II sequences.
Applications: ELISA, flow cytometry, immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, chromatin immunoprecipitation, electron microscopy, supershift assays, protein purification if conjugated with agarose or magnetic beads, and isotype controls.
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat, Others.
Purification: The Strep-Tag antibody was affinity-purified from supernatant of mammalian cells cultured in a chemically defined medium by affinity-chromatography using protein G.
Form of Antibody: 0.2 μM filtered solution of 1x PBS.
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
