BP005442: Mouse CD3E&CD3D/CD3 epsilon&CD3 delta Protein with the C-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Mouse CD3E&CD3D/CD3 epsilon&CD3 delta Protein, (amino acids Asp23-Asp108(CD3E) & Phe22-Ala105(CD3D)) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Mouse CD3E&CD3D/CD3 epsilon&CD3 delta protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 36.1 kDa (CD3E) and 35.2 kDa (CD3D). Due to glycosylation,the protein migrates to 50-65 kDa and 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse CD3E&CD3D/CD3 epsilon&CD3 delta Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Mouse CD3E&CD3D/CD3 epsilon&CD3 delta Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
