Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Cynomolgus CD3E&CD3G/CD3 epsilon&CD3 gamma Protein, (amino acids Gln22-Asp117(CD3E) & Gln23-Thr113(CD3G)) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Biotinylated Cynomolgus CD3E&CD3G/CD3 epsilon&CD3 gamma protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 36.9 kDa (CD3E) and 36.5 kDa (CD3G). Due to glycosylation,the protein migrates to 44-46 kDa&46-48 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Anti-CD3 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Cynomolgus CD3E&CD3G protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 54.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Cynomolgus CD3E&CD3G/CD3 epsilon&CD3 gamma Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
