Source: The recombinant Human CD3E&CD3G/CD3 epsilon&CD3 gamma Protein, (amino acids Asp23-Glu120(CD3E) & Gln23-Asn106(CD3G)) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human CD3E&CD3G/CD3 epsilon&CD3 gamma protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 17.9 kDa (CD3E) and 17.9 kDa (CD3G). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-40 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:Immobilized recombinant Human CD3E&CD3G protein with the C-His tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant OKT3 protein with the C-mFc tag with the EC50 of 110.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.22 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human CD3E&CD3G/CD3 epsilon&CD3 gamma Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human CD3E&CD3G/CD3 epsilon&CD3 gamma protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 37.8 kDa (CD3E) and 36.5 kDa (CD3G). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD3E&CD3G protein with the C-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well). Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-CD3E&CD3G Ab.1 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 1.22 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
