Source: The recombinant Human Siglec-3/CD33 Protein, (amino acids Asp18-His259) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human Siglec-3 protein with the C-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-Siglec-3 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 21.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
