Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-23 alpha&Mouse IL-12 beta protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-23R protein with the C-mFc tag with the EC50 of 0.15 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
