Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-17A protein with the C-His tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-17Rc protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 33.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA (Routine Test). The affinity constant of 1.57 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
