Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-23R protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 57.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 3.90 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
