Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD28 protein with the N-His tag with the EC50 of 24.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 41.59 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
