BP005585: Biotinylated Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD28 Protein with the N-His-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD28 Protein, (amino acids Asn19-Pro152) fused with a His-Avi tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Biotinylated Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD28 protein with the His-Avi tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 18.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 38-55 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Anti-CD28 Antibody protein with the N-His-Avi tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD28 protein with the N-His tag with the EC50 of 24.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 41.59 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD28 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
