Description

Background

The rat anti-mouse CD370 (Clec9A or DNGR-1) monoclonal antibody 10B4 (rat IgG2a kappa) reacts with the mouse CD370 protein. CLEC9A (C-type lectin domain family 9 member A), a transmembrane glycoprotein with a single extracellular C-type lectin domain (CTLD), plays a role in the immune response. As an activation receptor, CLEC9A is expressed on myeloid lineage cells, helps process material from dead cells, recognizes filamentous actin when cell membranes are damaged, and helps present antigens to cytotoxic T cells. CLEC9A has an intracellular cytoplasmic tail with potential signaling motifs. CLEC9A is expressed on a subset of BDCA3+ dendritic cells and CD16- monocytes in humans, and is expressed on CD8+ conventional DCs and plasmacytoid DCs in mice.

It is under investigation how the recombinant anti-mouse CD370 / CD47 bispecific antibodies (10B4 / A4) behave different from the individual monoclonal antibodies and their combination.

Our recombinant anti-mouse CD370 / CD47 bispecific antibodies have a part (variable regions) or complete amino acid sequences of the rat anti-mouse CD370 antibody (hybridoma clone name or number: 10B4) and the rat anti-mouse CD47 antibody (hybridoma clone name or number: A4).

The in vivo grade recombinant rat anti-mouse CD370 / CD47 bispecific antibody (mouse IgG2c LALAPG Kappa) was produced in mammalian cells. 
Clone: 10B4, the same variable region sequences as the rat anti-mouse CD370 monoclonal antibody (clone number: 10B4). A4, the same variable region sequences as the rat anti-mouse CD47 monoclonal antibody (clone number: A4).
Isotype: mouse IgG2c, kappa.
Applications: immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC), and various in vitro and in vivo functional assays.
Formulation: 0.2 μM filtered solution of 1x PBS.
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU/mg of protein as determined by LAL method.
