Source: The recombinant Cynomolgus B7-1/CD80 Protein, (amino acids Val35-Asn242) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CTLA-4 protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Cynomolgus B7-1 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 0.23 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 9.90 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
