The recombinant anti-DYKDDDDK / c-Myc-Tag bispecific antibody (mouse IgG2a kappa) was produced in mammalian cells.
Clone: M2.2 / 9E10.
Isotype: mouse IgG2a, kappa.
Specificity/Sensitivity: detection and purification of DYKDDDDK fusion proteins no matter if the DYKDDDDK sequence is present at the N-terminus, Met N-terminus, C-terminus, or an internal site of the fusion proteins, and c-Myc-tagged proteins and c-Myc tag expression cells.
Applications: ELISA, flow cytometry, immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, chromatin immunoprecipitation, electron microscopy, supershift assays, protein purification if conjugated with agarose or magnetic beads, and isotype controls.
