Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Mouse IL-22 Protein, (amino acids Leu34-Val179) fused with a His-Avi tag at the N-terminus, was produced in E.coli cells.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Biotinylated Mouse IL-22 protein with the N-His-Avi tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the streptavidin precoated plate (5 ug/ml). Dose response curve for the recombinant Mouse IL-22R alpha 1 protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 15.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.145 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
