QBEnd/10-FITC, one of five anti-CD34 antibodies, was tested in flow cytometry on PBSC apheresis products using a FACSCalibur, showing superior specificity for dim CD34+ populations. Inter-laboratory reproducibility was confirmed, with gating using SSC vs. CD45 to exclude debris and lymphocytes.

Flow cytometric assessment of CD34 expression in acute myeloid leukemia using QBEnd/10 clone

Validation of QBEnd/10 for flow cytometric CD34 enumeration in peripheral blood progenitor cell collections
