Source: The monoclonal antibody panitumumab biosimilar was produced in the Panitumumab biosimilar CHO stable cell line.
Specificity/Sensitivity: The monoclonal antibody panitumumab biosimilar specifically binds to the human EGFR, ErbB-1 and HER1.
Applications: ELISA, neutralization, functional assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by panitumumab.
Form of Antibody: 0.2 uM filtered solution, pH 6.0, no stabilizers or preservatives.
Endotoxin: < 1 EU per 1 mg of the protein by the LAL method.
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and HPLC.

Panitumumab, a fully anti-EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor, EGF receptor, ErbB-1 and HER1 in humans) human monoclonal antibody, is used for the treatment of refractory EGFR-expressing metastatic colorectal cancer in patients with non-mutated (wild-type) KRAS".
