Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&AFP (FMNKFIYEI) Tetramer protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-HLA-A*02:01&B2M&AFP (FMNKFIYEI) Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 3.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.111 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
