BP004895: Human IL-31 RA Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human IL-31 RA Protein, (amino acids Ala20-Glu519) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human IL-31 RA protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 58.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 90-116 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-31 RA protein with the C-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-IL-31 RA Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 6.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 82.4 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human IL-31 RA Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
