BP005007: Cynomolgus IL-31 Protein with the N-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Cynomolgus IL-31 Protein, (amino acids Leu27-Thr163) fused with a His tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Cynomolgus IL-31 protein with the His tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 16.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 23-30 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: The affinity constant of 1.32 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Cynomolgus IL-31 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Cynomolgus IL-31 Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
