BP004901: Human IL-12 R beta 1/CD212 Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human IL-12 R beta 1/CD212 Protein, (amino acids Cys24-Glu540) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human IL-12 R beta 1/CD212 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 58.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-80 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: The affinity constant of 98.1nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human IL-12 R beta 1/CD212 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human IL-12 R beta 1/CD212 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 83.85 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 95-115 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-12B protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-12 R beta 1 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.26 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
