Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-HLA-A*02:01&B2M&MAGE-A4 (GVYDGREHTV) Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 3.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 8.49 pM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
