Source: The recombinant Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD47 Protein, (amino acids Gln19-Glu141) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD47 protein with the C-His tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human SIRP alpha protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.52 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 63.27 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
