Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD200 R1 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 6.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 35.84 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
