BP004108: Rat GARP&Latent TGF Beta 1 Complex Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Rat GARP&Latent TGF Beta 1 Complex Protein, (amino acids Ile18-Asn628(GARP) & Leu30-Arg278(Latent TGF Beta 1)) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Rat GARP&Latent TGF Beta 1 Complex protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 69.80 kDa (GARP)&41.28 kDa (Latent TGF beta 1). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-80 kDa (GARP)&42-48 kDa&13 kDa (Latent TGF beta 1) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Rat GARP&Latent TGF Beta 1 Complex protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human ITGAV&ITGB6 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 2.0 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Rat GARP&Latent TGF Beta 1 Complex Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
