BP004940: Mouse GARP&Latent TGF beta 1 Complex Protein with the N-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Mouse GARP&Latent TGF beta 1 Complex Protein, (amino acids Ala18-Leu628(GARP) & Leu30-Ser390(Latent TGF beta 1)) fused with a His tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Mouse GARP&Latent TGF beta 1 Complex protein with the His tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 66.6 kDa (GARP)&41.3 kDa (Latent TGF beta 1). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-80 kDa (GARP)&13 kDa&42-50 kDa (Latent TGF beta 1) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse GARP&Latent TGF beta 1 Complex Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
