Source: The recombinant Mouse TNFSF15 Protein, (amino acids Ala61-Leu252) fused with a hFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Mouse TNFSF15 protein with the hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 48.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-65 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Mouse DR3 protein with the N-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Mouse TNFSF15 protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 3.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).. The affinity constant of 4.56 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse TNFSF15 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
